This year Lexy was Dorothy from Wizard of Oz.  She is kind of obsessed with Wizard of Oz at the moment...She makes a perfect Dorothy.  Delaney, well mommy kind of decided her disguise b/c she couldn't really tell me what she wanted to be.  A bumblebee is was.  I think she looked adorable.  We had fun trick-or-treating at the fam's houses.  After a while of that, we landed at Nanna and Popoo's for soup and pumpkin carving.  The girls drew the face on the pumpkin...Justin ended up carving it for us.  Fun!

Um, Can You Say Future Alabama Cheerleaders?

We are "Roll Tiding It" at our house before an Alabama game.  The girls are dressed and ready to go!  I think we have future Bama Cheerleaders on our hands....or at least big Bama Fans!  Roll Tide!

Bye Bye Woombie...(sad face)

Tonight was Delaney's first night to sleep without her woombie.  Oh, it was so hard for mommy to give it up!  I think Delaney was fine with it, but sometimes it makes mommy more sad than the baby.  She didn't miss one night without sleeping in her woombie from the first night she was born in the hospital.  14 months later....no woombie.  She looks like she was sleeping peacefully.  Night, night.  Sleep tight.  Don't let the bed bugs bite!

I think sis did fine without it too...sleeping beauty!

Lexy's First Dance Class

Tonight was Lexy's first dance class at Studio B.  She is taking the mommy and me ballet and tap class with Lauren.  She was so excited and kept asking, "When will it be dance day?"  So, it finally was and they had a blast.  They learned "first position" tonight.  Heels kiss...toes out.

We celebrated Delaney's first birthday at Nanna and Popoo's house.  All the family came over for her.
Of course, her cake came from The Bakery and the theme was polka dots...so cute!  Aunt Teena made her hat and bib.  What a special day for a special little girl.  We love you punkin bear!
